BAC North Central Region

First,

I'd like to say that it has been an honor and a pleasure serving as
your North Central Regional Director.

When I ran for the position, I did so with a personal promise that I
would give it 110% and would be the best regional director I can
possibly be.

Due to recent changes in my personal life, I haven't been able to
keep that personal promise. I haven't had the time needed to
contribute to the position.

In light of this fact, I have decided to step down as the North
Central Regional Director.

I offer as my replacement, a man that is very competent, Dave
Buttram. He has been to many of our fly-ins and has been an active
participant and contributor to the BAC. With the Board's blessing,
and unless there are any objections, I recommend Dave to lead our
region as the new regional director.

I object..mainly because I don't know how it works here & believe
that the will of the members, or the process, must (& will) prevail.
