Password Trouble?

The passwords are encrypted when they are stored in the database, so we are unable to retrieve your current password. However you can reset your password. In the 'Login' block near the top left of the website there is a link that says 'Log in Problems?'. Click on this link and carefully follow the instructions to reset your password.

You will enter your username and email address. A security code will be emailed to you. (This validates you are who you say you are and not someone trying to hijack your account.) If you don't receive an email back then your ISP or your mail client is probably incorrectly blocking the messages as suspected sp@m. Once you receive the security code go back to the 'Log in Problems?' page and enter your username, email address, and security code. A new password will be emailed to you. Now you should have access to your account again.

Carefully read any passwords assigned to you. Letters and numbers can often be confusing and they are case sensitive. The differences between 0 and O (zero and "oh") can sometimes be difficult to read, likewise differentiating between 1 and l (one and "el") can be difficult. Often using your computer's 'Copy' and 'Paste' functions will facilitate you entering your password.

After successfully logging in you may change your password to whatever you like. Instructions are located in the FAQ section of the website.
