Make reservations ASAP by calling the local hotel at 607-257-2000 (request Beech Aero Club or 2011 BACFest). Room rates are $110 (plus tax), but only through until September 1st or when the block reservation is used up, whichever comes first.
Activities: Registration and welcome reception on Thursday; Friday will include Aviation Day at Ithaca Airport; Saturday will feature Member and Spouse luncheons and our Evening Banquet.
You must be logged in to register. You do not have to be a BAC member but you must have a login on the site or we cannot track your registration.
The non-member registration is $110 per attendee. The member registration is $85 per attendee. For a couple this represents a $50 difference which is what a one year BAC Membership costs. So we highly recommend becoming a member first, but we do not require it. Optionally if you do attend BACFest 2011 and pay any number of non-member registrations you will be given a six month trial membership.
To register on the site go to The registration page and register. After you have completed your registration (which includes responding to the confirmation email) you can join the club by going to the BAC Membership page and paying via paypal or sending a check for $50 (USD) to the address on that page.
Once you have registered and come back to this page the BACFest registration page will be enabled.
