I received an e-mail from Mike saying that he has a family emergency and will be out of pocket for a few days. So please hold off communications requests to Mike until he gives us the all clear. Having said that I see that he is responding to messages on the site but please understand that Mike has some urgent matters to attend to and may not be as responsive as he typically is.
