To cover a hole in the panel made from a removed instrument...

Go to an office supply place (or "Making Your Mark", Quincy, Massachusetts) and get a plastic sign. The kind you have engraved with your name to put on your desk. The stock comes in many colors. The base plastic comes in huge sheets that they cutdown. Have a "Welcome aboard N12345... put on your seat belt" or other sign made to your specs. They are cheap and cover many sins. Apply with two faced tape. Remove when you get some new avionics.

Subject: [musketeermail] Cleaning up Panel etc.

Group,

I have a hole in my panel where an ADF once was and would like to
cover it properly. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how and what
material and or method I could use to cover the hole. I also want to
pull out my Narco Loran 820 as well as it does not have any "Chains"
and Narco does not support it anymore but I do not need another hole.

Thanks

Al
