    Fuel PSI Gauge?

    Good day,
I own a 23/24, It has a fuel flow gauge but it does not show fuel PSI. My question is how do I check the electric fuel pump to know that it is actually pumping fuel {without dumping a lot of fuel into a engine that is not running} and not just rotating and making noise when I turn it on?
Is there a way to legally install a fuel PSI gauge in the airplane?

    Fuel PSI Gauge?

Firewall the engine controls and turn on the boost pump, you should
see the flow needle spike to about 4-6 gph. Also, after a while you
will recognize the noise of your pump before and after it is putting
fuel under pressure. You can install a fuel pressure guage. The
easy, minimal FAA paperwork way is have your mechanic install one
that is listed in your equipment list. Otherwise you need one that
is STC'd for your plane, or the long way is find an FAA approved
gauge, and get a field approval to install it.
