    Other engines for the Musketeer?

Does anyone know if you can put an O-360 in a '65 Musketeer. It has
the original IO-346 but I'd rather go with somthing more common if
    able. Thanks!!

Possible, but might not be worth it unless you can find a complete FWF.
There are some good threads discussing this in the archives.
I did an 0320 to 0360 conversion, and still have the 0320 FWF in my garage, but I had to piece meal finding the pieces, and that wasn't much fun. In retrospect, I probably would have done better to do a powerflow since the 0360's are a premium, and 0320 cores are cheap.
