    Valdez AK Fly in info

    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has info on camping at Valdez AK. I am attending the Short take off and Landing Fly in May 11-13, 2012 and I'm wondering if anyone knows what facilities are available. I'd like to pitch a small tent somewhere near the airport. Thanks for any info.

    I can't help you unfortunately. Alaska is tops on my list. Hopefully late summer. I would love to hear a write up of your trip.

    If you fly in you are able to pitch a tent at your tie down. I only have 5 days so I'm letting Alaska Air file the flight plan. I'm looking forward to the festivities though.
