I still have a few things in the air but - I might be able to swing out... Are they going to have food/drink available on the field ?

Scott

Sorry wasnt able to make it lost a ton of time on my firet stop and probably wouldnt have gotten there until 2-3 hopefully ill be able to make the next one.
Morn'n Folks,
We made it but really late... I didn't launch until about 1100 and decided to stop in Clearfield for fuel before arriving so I didn't have to worry about it on the way home... Met Larry and Mary from Detroit at Clearfield while they were fueling up for their ride home... Harvey was the only one left at Mid State when we arrived... Buzzed by a North American SNJ while we were turning base to final - we were in communication so his buzz was intentional to give us a show... The SNJ pilot wasnt the safest pilot I've come across - but - the sight picture of him coming at me from the side was right out of a World War II movie... Still had time to grab a few dogs and hang out with Harvey and the airport staff for a bit... We got to watch a C123 depart with two huge radials spinning... We closed the place and left about 1730... Much smoother ride home - I love flying in the late afternoon - early evening...
I have some pictures but the ride out wasn't as smooth as Jackie prefers - so she wasn't feeling the best... We don't have the normal quantity we take on a flight... I'll try to post a few here for those interested...
I think the final BAC count for the day was three Sierras - Harvey's Musketeer - and - my Sundowner...
Regards,
Scott
