I am not aware of exhaust repair options in Canada, but in the US I use Dawley in Wisconsin. They have been fast, friendly and VERY reasonable on every transaction. They can repair your exhaust with new riser pipes and an OH muffler, or they can build a completely new system. Visit them at: www.dawley.net

Thanks for all the info on getting my exhaust repaired…I went with Plane Exhaust out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, they were very good to deal with, 1 day turn around, and on average $100-150 less then the other 10 shops I called.

There are many ads for exhaust repairs in places like Trade-A-Plane. The recommendation of a repeat customer such as Bob S should carry a lot of weight. If for some reason you want to check around, call the FBOs that are nearby, and ask if there is a competent local aviation shop welder within easy range of your location.
