The baggage door seals, for both the small baggage doors and the large baggage doors, are either unobtainable or are priced in the hundreds of dollars. This seems beyond ridiculous. Can any other source be found? Are there any alternative door seals?

I am working on alternative sources for the baggage door seals. My efforts have been hampered by lack of valid samples. I need both photos of existing seals, and samples of original seals. Many of these seals have been superseded with EPDM seals. This is a good material, but the seals are dramatically over-priced.
In the meantime, if you get desperate for an interim solution, here is a suggestion. There are two different Frost King EPDM seals sold at Lowes and Home Depot, in the weatherstripping area. They are numbers V27W and V25W. These are white EPDM seals, very low-height, highly compliant, and self adhesive. You may also find them in a gray color (G part number suffix). You can use a combination on door and jamb, if necessary. The baggage door joint clearance is usually pretty small, and low-height seals are normally required there anyway.
The cost to try them is very low; they run about $7 for a 10’ length. Clean the surfaces thoroughly with rubbing alcohol; then dry and warm them with a hair dryer or heat gun, before applying the seals. Please let me know how you make out with them.
