The part number is 7560K86T32M, and it is made by Cutler-Hammer. It is a standard electronic industry part, a high-quality rocker switch. RAPID-Beech has plenty of them, for $57.47 each (July 2007 price). They will probably have them a long time, at that mark-up.

As a standard electronic part, it need not come from RAPID. Try Onlinecomponents.com, where they are listed for $11.52 each:
