On Friday, 2 July 2004, the Articles of Incorporation that formed the Beech Aero Club were filed in the State of Louisiana and on Sunday, 4 July 2004 they were signed and certified by the Secretary of State of the State of Louisiana.
Our first President, Cloyd Van Hook began the tradition of celebrating the Beech Aero Club birthday by having a birthday cake available at his hanger for all to enjoy.
