I can’t access a certain part of the site that I should be able to since I’m a paid member. I get an error message that says “Not authorized to access this module” or something similar. What do I do.
First try to log-off and log back into the website, then try again to access the part of the site that was giving you trouble. To log-out, click on the link that says ‘Logout’ from the ‘Members Main Menu’ in the upper left corner of the website. Then enter your userid and password and click ‘Login’ to access your account again.
If you still cannot access the page, try logging out of the website and quit your web browser. Then open your web browser and log in again.
