This is actually pretty easy to do; just call your local FSDO. You can look up the one nearest to you:
http://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/field_offices/fsdo/

The FSDO can fax over a temporary copy while you wait for the real one in the mail. I believe they charge $2.00 for the copy.
