Tom Corcoran grabbed the lead in the President’s Trophy race by logging 346 miles on his way to the fly-in this past weekend at Martinsburg, West Virginia. But the Flying Foote vows Tom’s lead will be short lived.Brian Foote with co-pilot, Dan Kirby, and David Snodgrass with co-pilot, Bob Schmidt, will be leaving shortly on their Alaska Adventure complete with BAC Fly-In at Barrow, Alaska. They may take in Mt. Rushmore enroute. Tom has already cried foul but rules are rules and nothing says Tom can’t pursue the Flying Foote to Alaska.
