BAC member Gene Nora Jessen will be at AirVenture on Monday July 27th, for a signing of her new book “The Fabulous Flight of the Three Musketeers” and a presentation at the AirVenture Museum!If you’re going to be at AirVenture on Monday July 27th, don’t miss the opportunity to see Gene Nora Jessen at the Authors Corner from 12:30 to 1:15 where she will be doing a book signing for her new book entitled “The Fabulous Fight of the Three Musketeers” and again at the AirVenture Museum where she will be presentating from 4:30 to 5:15.
The book is a memoir about the 1962 introduction of the new Beech Musketeer airplane via a 90-day, 3-airplane formation flight across the 48 states during the summer and fall of 1962.
“Since there was always a Bonanza chase plane with a photographer, the story includes nearly a hundred photos of the events. I flew always in a dress and high heels, which generated the tag line – High Flight – High Adventure – High Heels!”
Gene Nora (Genora) is a BAC member so she and her husband Bob will be joining us at the Last BAC Picnic on Tuesday July 28th!! She’ll bring a copy of her book with her for us to browse, in case you haven’t already purchased a copy.
