Jack Klute:

I am looking for a aft outlet cover part #169-554019-9. It is the black plastic piece that is located in front of and under the rear pax seats (the heater vents). I have tried looking for a replacement vent cover, but can’t find one that fits the 1 1/2″ hose.

I could be wrong, but I think that Jack is looking for the vent outlet with a fixed opening, that mounts in the spar cover (the large plastic piece). Plane Plastics sells the cover, but it does not have the openings for the vents; not all the planes have them located there.

I believe that the outlet fitting is PN 169-554019-9.
The outlet fitting cover is PN 169-554019-15.

Of course, Beech has not had these for many years. But by having the description and part numbers, perhaps Jack can find some in salvage. If not, I would look for a pair of Bonanza overhead vent outlets, with the duct fittings on them. They may well work and are Beech trim parts. They would also have the benefit of being aimed as well as having flow control.
