Musketeer added to Beechcraft Heritage Museum

On April 18th and 19th the baby Beech line of planes will be formally welcomed into the Beechcraft Heritage Museum. By now, BAC members should have heard about the event and received an invitation.

The Musketeer is being donated by Robert Clark (BAC member)……….. and it wil be restored by a group from BAC, headed by Mike Rellihan.

The celebration will begin on Friday the 18th at 4:00 PM with a tour of the museum which will be followed by a hospitality reception and dinner. On Saturday the 19th, there will be a tour of Jack Daniels Distillery, followed by a luncheon at Miss Bobo’s Boarding House, a local attraction, then a tour of Old Downtown Lynchburg. After the tour, it’s back to the museum for a brief museum presentation and tour before another hospitality time and dinner. Please make note, BAC will be buying Saturday night’s dinner for the BAC members in attendance! Sunday will be on your own. Remember, this is an official BAC fly-in and you can earn PT points if you fly!
