Registration is open for the BAC 10th Anniversary Celebration & Beech Plant Tour Fly-In.
The registration fee is $55 per person. If you wish to pay with a credit card, you will be able to pay through PayPal; however, if you prefer to send a check, please make it payable to BAC and mail to:

Please note that if you send a check it’s still important to register on Eventbrite so we can have a single registration list, just select the “other payment” option and then send a check. The confirmation on the Eventbrite site will also include the above address.
We’re trying something different this time. We’re using an external event management service called Eventbrite. If this goes well then we’ll use this more moving forward including for BACFest 2014. In the past events like BACFest have required custom programming on the site for registration, payment and reporting on registration. It would take time to set this up, test and coordinate.
Eventbrite enables us to quickly put up an event and track registration without that work. Non-technical people can create and manage events with a simple posting of a link or button. If things work well we can provide a more polished registration and tracking more often for future events.
The service also offers us options for things like printing tickets and managing and selecting reserved seats – something it wouldn’t be practical for us to do on our own. When you pay you will be taken to PayPal just like from the site here and you will be paying directly to BAC just like before. You also can select the option to mail a check as always. At Eventbrite you will need to provide minimal contact information so we can track the registration. You do not have to create a full login although if you do you can track and manage all of your Eventbrite events. We welcome your feedback on your experiences with this new registration option.
