• SPOT Update

    After my SPOT review was posted (3 days later to be exact), I received an email and phone call from their VP of Development. They are concerned with the performance I received and are trying to get to the bottom of it. I have nothing more to report at this point, but I was impressed that they took the matter seriously and I will work with them to try and find out why the product did not work very well for me.<br />

    Since I reviewed it, I thought it was important to report that they are trying to improve it.
