Extra enticing to me, since this puts me 1/2 way to a grand baby visit (VT) in the spring. With camping and biking involved, probably 300 lbs of load this time ....

I will pencil this in for May 2016. Great idea.

So far it looks like we may have six or seven for May and a few for some time this winter. If y'all do the winter thing let us know I may try and get out there.

If JP comes he will be staying at a hotel near by.

I had to go ahead and reserve these dates. All the single sites are booked already so I booked one of the group sites. This allows us up to thirty people.

Here's a small article about fishing the North Mills.

Man - I haven't been fly fishing since High School and always had plans to get back to it in retirement... Sorely tempted...

Let me know when you want to try this. I'm ok camping down to about 20* but below that it ceases to be fun! I do need a little lead time to reschedule patients if we want to make it a long weekend though.

I should get my plane out of the avionics shop this week with its new KSN770. I need to make some trips soon to get used to it. Am be soon after Thanksgiving?

My lightweight sleeping bag is good down to 20F but the lowest I think I've done is about 30F.

A silk bag liner is really helpful and light to carry. Feels to me like an extra 10 degrees of warmth.
