    The bad news -

Our overnight to Lawrence, KLWM is a no go. Wx is showing LIFR clearing to IFR until mid-afternoon. For an overnight get-away that doesn't provide enough time with friends or justify a hangar space, rental car, hotel and dog boarding. Not to mention fuel costs. There will be better days....

The good news, I’ll be flying for pie! Mmmm.... pie.

I’m considering driving to this event from Fredericksburg. I sold my 1963 23, so stuck on the ground. I have never been to a BAC event. Would love to come and say “hi” to everyone and check out everyone’s airplane.

Great cherry pie! I think we left at the right time. The rain showers were on the way. Thanks for organizing this fun event, Alan!
