    wheel pants

    It could be as high as 10 percent but 5 percent is more likely. This
    would be 5 to 6 knots.

    Grummans say 2 mph in the POH, too. They weigh 28# for 3 pants and all the
    hardware!

    Granted the Musketeer Series has some draggy landing gear, but lets look at
    a C/S prop equipped A23-24 and a Sierra to see how much drag the gear has.

    The Sierra pretty much removes ALL the gear drag and its not THAT much
    faster than an A23-24 with the same HP and prop.
