Does anyone have Bob Steward's phone number? Please see note below from
Dennis Ritz who is trying to get some assistance with his plane that was
involved in an accident.

Hello David,

It was not I in Connecticut, but I just got a call from Jacksonville,
FL.
My owner/partner and his girlfriend were on their way to her parents for

Christmas; he put 7657R down on a road and clipped a pole with a wing.
They
are fine, but he thinks the aircraft may be totalled. I would like to
talk
with Bob Stewart ASAP as I think he is not that far from Jacksonville.
Could you or anyone give me his telephone number?

Perhaps someone can call me at 717-532-5441 with info.

I am so grateful everyone is OK.

Al Schmid is a BAC member who just joined on October 22. He has owned
his
B23 for six years, based in KOQU. He holds ATP, Multi, Instrument
ratings,
and has almost 27,000 hours, about 300 of them in Type. He was first
licensed in 1957. I sure hope that he is OK. Sounds like the airframe
strength served him in good stead.

A '69 Beech Musketeer B23 went down in Connecticut yesterday a few
mile from Windham airport. The pilot, A. Schmid, 76, from Rhode
Island, was taken to a local hospital in fair condition. All the
report said was he lost control.
