    Seat Belt Inertia Reel sticks.

Has anyone had a problem where the seat belt Inertia reel sticks and will
not let the belt out ?

Mine will easily let the belt out way but then it gets more difficult (but
not impossible) to get it out further. You just have to keep trying and
    trying.

Id like to free mine up a bit.

    Any ideas ?

I'll see this when the webbing gets old and the edges start to fray,
binding up. I don't have the full address here, but these guys are
who I used for our current plane's belt rewebbing and they did a
    nice job:

    Aviation Safety Products (in Georgia)
    (800) 480-4816
    Seatbelts = $30 per seat, shoulder harnesses = $60

I had the belts back the week after sending them and had numerous
colors to choose from for the new webbing (we're also changing the
    interior colors.

I've also had good results with Aircraft Belts, Inc. in Texas.

www.aircraftbelts.com The web site doesn't scream "We reweb GA belts", but
they do, you just have to contact them for details and colors.
