This isn't enough information to make an informed decision.

What is the battery voltage when fully charged? (engine off)

What is the bus voltage in flight, or above 1500 rpm on the ground?

(extra credit) What it the Field voltage (at the "F" terminal) on the
regulator with the engine running? Don't do anything dumb, tap the F
terminal and read it remotely.

Or read my charging system troubleshooting article (for Grummans, but also
applicable to Musketeers) on the www.bondline.org site.
