    Fuel Stop in Northern NJ

    Hello,

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good fuel stop around the northern NJ or
southeastern PA where a thirsty mouse could get a drink that will not drain
    his wallet more than necessary?

    Thanks,

    Fuel Stop in Northern NJ

    Hi Scott,

I have a great possibility for you: 4N1, Greenwood Lake Airport in West
    Millford NJ.

It is right on the NY/NJ border, at the southern tip of 10 mile long
Greenwood Lake. Pretty country and the airport folks are really terrific.

They can't help but be.since their FBO and Flight School are housed in a
landlocked Locheed Constellation!!! (The "spirit Of The Azores" if you track
    historic old aircraft.)

I stopped there last year when Wx turned me back from Martinsburg. I spent
the night in the area and they hunted up the only bed available for miles
around, at a nice B&B. Joe Morra who runs things down there drove me the
long way around the lake to show off his adopted home. And he picked me up
in the morning to reunite me with my bird.

    Fuel Stop in Northern NJ

In the Northwestern area there is a good stop for food and fuel at
Sky Manor N40 and the current fuel price is 3.69.

My airport although located in Central NJ if very friendly and very
reasonable for fuel. MJX Miller airpark about 10 Mi from CYN VOR
near V1. If you are headed in a southernly direction 26N about 10
miles from Atlantic City is also a great place to grab a bite to eat
and has reasonable fuel. If you want to see the Atlantic Ocean from
there you can park all day for $10 and walk 4 blocks to a nice clean
    boardwalk.
