    Fuel Venting

Are vented fuel caps made for a 1963 A23? My fuel vent line became
clogged and the engine began to sputter before I quickly changed
tanks. Scared the **** out of me. But I got her down to an airport
at Somerset Coounty, PA. Circled the field from 6,000 down to landing.

Tremendous vacuum was present in the tank. Having all vent lines
    checked now.

No, they could suck in water after the rain. Flush caps don't vent. Glad you made it on the other tank.
