I'm considering a Musketeer with 3,500 hrs on the prop. What flags
    should this raise?

    Thanks

If the prop is a fixed pitch there's nothing special. Just the routine
checks for any AD compliance, general visible condition and dimension
check and verifying make/model/length/pitch is correct for that Mouse.
If it's a constant speed then all the preceding and verify it has seen
an overhaul in the last 1500 to 2000 hours or 5 years along with it's
governor. If not be wary of the hubs internal condition. Applications
that use a rear mounted governor also have a recurring AD on the oil
    supply tube.
