    Cracked Spinner/Strobe P/S - Sierra GMTT

Just doing the Annual on GMTT and note two problems that the group may
    be able to assist with.

1). The Stainless Steel Spinner is cracked around the flange inside and
needs to be replaced. Is there a good source for this or can these
    actually be repaired?

2). The power supply for the Whelan Strobes is dead. It is a Grimes
Strobe Light Power Supply 14VDC Part # 60-1592-11. This one mounts next
to our DME and is on it's edge just behind the battery box. There is a
Whelan replacement Power Supply which is muich cheaper but it mounts
flat and there is not enough room. Any suggestions for a replacement or
perhaps a source for the Grimes unit would be appreciated.

Don't recall who welds spinners. Can you make an angle of thick
aluminum and mount the power supply vertically in that space?

Your spinner isn't stainless, it is aluminum.

Aero Support Engineering, Inc. in Atlanta has welded many spinners for
me. They are a Certified Repair Station, with approval for welding and
"overhauling" spinners. They remove dents, polish (if desired), weld up
    over-sized holes and re-drill, etc.
