Hi folks,

Last week, I learned that my CFI, Mr. Bob Howard, was dead at 59.
CFIT. He flew a Baron into a mountaintop southeast of Elko NV. I can
still hardly believe it - he had over 20,000 hours. I had an
appointment with him to go fly some approaches and get Instrument
current again on Tuesday morning.

Life goes on.... I need to find another CFI. Or at least a safety
pilot. Anybody in the SF Bay Area want to go fly some approaches? I
earned the Instrument rating last October, and haven't flown much since
then.
