Yo! Does that include the optional foot massage? Has Rob gotten a new
yacht he needs to pay off?
Alright, he has to pull the seats and floorboards and pry back the two
rear side panels. Ask him what comes off the labor price if you pull
those. (They're relatively easy; must be if even I can do it.)

When I bought my Mouse it had an antique marker beacon receiver that
did not work and no audio panel. When I started instrument training I
needed a working marker beacon receiver. I was going to pick up a
used audio panel with a marker beacon for about $500 and have it
installed. The avionics shop told me the installation of the audio
panel would run about $1500. So your quote is probably not out of
line. I ended up just replacing the antique marker beacon receiver
with a KR-22 and still don't have an audio panel.

Wires boys. The answer is lotsa wires. If you look at the back of your
audio panel, you'll see what I mean. Practically every radio in the panel and the
intercom has to run through it and if you replace it you're gonna do alot of
wiring thus the big labor price. I'm about to do a major upgrade on my panel
which currently has no audio panel so I'm going to remove everything and wire
it all up on the bench and run it through a PS Engineering PMA4000 to simplify
everything. 35 year old wires need to be replaced anyway. Mark and N7612R
