Pilot and/or Aircraft Radio License Requirement

COPA finally got back to me. Bottom-line, they say we don't need either
license to fly in Canada! I've gotten mine because we are planning to
make the flight to Russia from Alaska.

    Dear David:

Thanks for your question. The answer is contained in the
AOPA/COPA Cross Border Operations Manual available from both COPA and
AOPA for free on our websites.

The short answer is that US pilots don't need either document to
    fly in Canada.

    Yours truly,

I'd appreciate your assistance in informing me whether or not
pilots flying into Canada from the U.S. need to hold and carry a Pilot
radio operator's license and/or a aircraft radio license.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Are you talking about the Operator and Station Radio licenses? Surely
the Canadians require a Pilot License.
