I'm surprised at the insurance problem. As president of BAC I
usually see the data that new members provide when they sign up. I
have seen more than one person sign up that owns a Sierra, and does
not even have a private ticket. I've spoken with the BAC insurance
guy, Norris Hibler, and didn't get any indication that I would have
any difficulty getting insurance if I moved up to a Sierra. I'm
working on an instrument ticket but don't have it. I think the
difference is in the rate. You'll pay more with little complex time
and with no instrument ticket but you shouldn't have trouble getting
