My right fuel gauge is always pegged full. I took the wire off on the
cluster going to it and it still goes to full when I turn on the
master. Me and my A&P friend tested the wires from the sender to the
cluster and they are ok. Somehow the gauge is getting power through
the
cluster I think. It sounds like a open ground wire but I can not seem
to fix it.

Any thoughts?
