This is in response to a response to Steve Cote, on the KRAP after
action report.

I found the EAA documenton Fly-Ins.

It's entitled "EAA Chapter Fly-In Gjidelines"

I've never read the whole thing but I've flipped through and it has
some good info.

The URL is about a mile long and you may have to be an EAA member to
access it but if you're an EAA member here's how to find it.

Home page > EAA Chapters (think that's on the left) > Activities
(May be a link on across the top of page) > Fly-Ins > chapter Fly-In
Guidelines (think that's a link in the text on the page).

At the same place there are links to two other interesting documents.

Pilot Proficiency (Looks like some interest things to do at a fly-in)

Chapter Handbook (this is about 76 pages and looks pretty dry).
