    Hey folks,

I recovered my stolen Mouse at Lincoln Airport this morning. While
there are a few things that will need repairs, it is in really good
shape. none of my very expensive radios were removed and there are
several extra hours on the tach. It appears the plane was being used
regularly since it was stolen. Also, appears it was landed off field
a few times. Thanks for all the interest and thanks to those who kept
a look out. The person who found my plane will get a $1500 reward.

    Congratulations on the recovery, Shawn.
Something to check on, and it may just be the paranoia my family seems
to think I have (or do they know something they are not telling me??).
Remove and check under all your inspection ports. You mentioned off
field landings...what might the thieves have been doing that for? (Of
course they could have been stealth ecologists and were doing a duck
    survey...naww.)
It would be really galling to be gigged for some leftover drug residue
    you knew nothing about.

PS: Back in March we found the starboard underwing inspection port (near
the main landing gear) had been removed. The plate was on the ground
but, get this, five of the eight screws were partly screwed in!! Never
found out what had happend...and the airport and local Police were
massively disinterested. Were we unwitting mules?? Unknown.
