Everglades Seafood Festival 2023

The 53rd annual Everglades Seafood Festival is back on after a 3-year absence. This is always a fun time with great friends and associates. This was the first public use Airpark in Florida, hence the designation of X01. It was initially built in 1947 as a 1,000 foot paved runway with 500 feet of grass on either end. This quaint little town used to be the County seat of Collier County. There are lots of historic buildings and fun places to explore. Today the runway is a robust 2,400 feet x 50 feet and has recently been re-paved. Please come on down for some fun and great sea-food.
This is your opportunity to land at the Gateway to the 10,000 islands of South Florida right in the Everglades, it is not a frozen lake but still a pretty cool place to be.
The festival is located in front of City Hall at 102 Copeland Ave. Everglades City Fl 34139 with shuttles to and from the airpark on a regular basis at no charge.
