I have figured out why some of the buyers had a problem getting their new lock cylinders to stay in their handles. Please read the revised doc stored under Articles. I think you will also find it very helpful in identifying your handle type, and in understanding how to use the key properly to reduce wear. The cylinders are back up for sale.
There has been a great deal of confusion in the Forums during the past year or two, over what handles fit what planes. Hopefully this new doc will help. I will also be putting a couple of new (original Beech) handles up for sale in BAC Classifieds, first come first served as usual. If they don’t sell within a few days, I’ll have to put them on eBay. They’ll bring a lot more than my BAC price, on eBay, and I have too much cash tied up in them to delay selling them for very long.
