Well the results are in and it looks like the week end of November 5th 6th and 7th at Sedona, AZ (KSEZ) for the Next SW-Fly in.We will all meet on Saturday the 6th of November. I will get with Carl this week and plan some activities for the group. Looks like there are a lot of things to do and see there.

The prices are on there. Last time I called, they had 14 of the $75 rooms available ($84.25 with taxes). The number is 888-708-6400.
We need to establish a group name and then contact Kora, Nick, or Christina and set everything up. Then people should call in and ask for one of the three group experts listed above and use the name of the organization. We could use Beech Aero Club or Musketeers. We need 6 or more to have a “group” and there is a 2-night minimum. We will get there Friday morning and spend the day enjoying Sedona. If you will be getting there Friday, we can get together for dinner. They have a lot of great restaurants.”
I will call Carl today about the rooms at the Hotel. In-Order to get a good rate, we need to inform the Hotel of how many to expect. If anyone is interested in staying the weekend, please let me know this week so we can get the hotel prepared.
