After careful consideration and much deliberation, the Executive Committee with the backing of the Board of Directors has cancelled BACFest 2020. The entire event will rolodex forward to 13-16 October 2021 and will still be held in Tullahoma, TN at the Beechcraft Heritage Museum as GACFest 2021.
I have contacted the Holiday Inn Express in Tullahoma this morning to cancel the Block Booking. They have asked that if you have a booking with them that you contact them directly at the hotel (931) 222-1414 to receive a cancellation confirmation number. Please do not attempt to cancel through the 1-800 number or the Holiday Inn reservation center as they do not have access to the block booking. Thank-you.
I can assure you that this was no easy decision, and JP and I pushed this out as far to the right as possible before the inevitable became obvious. I trust the membership will understand and we look forward to seeing you all again next year for BACFest 2021 in Tullahoma.
