SUN n FUN Fly-in and Dinner

We will be having dinner Thursday evening at 18:00 (6pm), April 11, 2013 at the OUTBACK Steak House. It is located at 5255 S. Florida Ave. (863-648-1019).

I have made arrangements for call-a-head seating and I definitely need to notify them to reduce our wait time. They will do their best to seat us in the same area. This is the busiest week for every restaurant in Lakeland and the surrounding area so be prepared.

If you plan to attend, I need a phone call (904-687-7463) or e-mail by WEDNESDAY, April 10th, 2013. I will be at the event, so if I do not answer, please leave a message. Cell service is spotty there at best and it is very difficult to hear.

We will be paying a reasonable amount for the meal and all beverages will be members’ responsibility.

Each day of the event, I suggest meeting at the AOPA Sweepstakes Airplane at 1400 hours (2:00pm), as it is easy to find and food and restrooms are available. If you want to see who is there, stop by for a visit.

Please remember to turn in your PT point info so that you will be given credit for attendance. Pictures for the web site would be appreciated.
